Refund and Cancellation Policy

Aarudhra Academy sells digital downloadable products (PDF notes). Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we follow the policy below:

1) No Refund After Download / Access

Once the PDF has been downloaded or accessed, refunds and cancellations are not applicable.

2) Refund Eligibility (Only in These Cases)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment was successful but download link was not delivered AND our support team cannot resolve it, or

  • You were charged more than once for the same order, or

  • The wrong product was delivered due to a technical error from our side

3) Time Limit to Raise a Request

Any refund request must be raised within 24 hours of purchase with transaction details.

4) How to Request Support/Refund Review

Email us or WhatsApp with:

  • Registered email

  • Mobile number

  • Transaction ID / payment screenshot

  • Product name purchased

5) Processing Time

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method as per payment gateway/bank timelines.
